Building Strong Families

CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function and can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

AGES 6-12
Our professional CrossFit Kids Coach will focus on basic physical skills as well as social skills and confidence. Children are taught functional movements that kids use in everyday “play” such as squats, pushing, pulling, climbing, jumping, and running. Every class includes warm-up, skill work, workout of the day (WOD), game play and positive reinforcement. Your child’s confidence, both physically and mentally, will grow with each class.
